Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns & Exchanges
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color preference, or personal choice.
- Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
- Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, we will offer a replacement with a new item (subject to availability).
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund via local IBFT (bank transfer) or mobile wallet.
- Unboxing video is required as proof for all damage claims.
- Incorrect Item Delivered
- If the wrong product is delivered, you must provide an unboxing video showing the incorrect item.
- Upon verification, we will send you the correct product within 3–7 business days.
- If the correct item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
- Product Warranty
- We do not offer lifetime or extended warranties on any of our products.
- Product Colors
- If no specific color choice is selected at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to deliver the most popular color available.
