Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color preference, or personal choice.
    • Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
  2. Damaged Products
    • If you receive a damaged product, we will offer a replacement with a new item (subject to availability).
    • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund via local IBFT (bank transfer) or mobile wallet.
    • Unboxing video is required as proof for all damage claims.
  3. Incorrect Item Delivered
    • If the wrong product is delivered, you must provide an unboxing video showing the incorrect item.
    • Upon verification, we will send you the correct product within 3–7 business days.
    • If the correct item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
  4. Product Warranty
    • We do not offer lifetime or extended warranties on any of our products.
  5. Product Colors
    • If no specific color choice is selected at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to deliver the most popular color available.
  6. How to Submit a Complaint
    • To request a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  7. Important Information
    • Requests made without an unboxing video will not be processed.
    • All claims will be subject to verification by our support team.
