Delivery Coverage
Imperial Nest delivers all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Karachi: 2 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
Payment Discount
Enjoy a 5% discount when you pay in advance (bank transfer or online payment) at the time of ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.
Fragile Items
As we sell crockery and glassware, all fragile items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
